Life Skills Coaching is the process of helping individuals to find personal satisfaction and growth through self-examination,
goal exploration, and understanding how to overcome the roadblocks and personal tragedies in one's life.
Nathaniel Gadsden has the educational background, practical experience, and professional associations necessary to qualify
as a Life Skills Coach. He currently has contracts with the Harrisburg School District, The Harrisburg Housing Authority,
and the Pennsylvania Prison Society.

Face-to-face conference sessions, telephone interviews, and e-mail conferences.
Clients are required to make a commitment to the process by agreeing to a contract with the Therapist and following through.

Hourly rate plus $19.95 for the book, "Learning Self-Therapy Through Writing."
