All of Nathaniel Gadsden's education and experience contributes to him becoming a respected trainer and
human relations consultant. He currently works with Life Esteem, Inc. as a consultant in
the Harrisburg School District.
Nate works with grades 3rd through 12th, teaching refusal skills, abstinence education, conflict resolution, anti-drug use, and much more.

Nate's wife, Patricia L. Gadsden, is the founder of Life Esteem. She is an entrepreneur and respected workshop leader who works with businesses,
State agencies, colleges, school districts, educational agencies and organizations, civic and church groups by conducting workshops and seminars.

- Participate in monthly educational meetings
- Participate in a Church Congregation or Christian Organization’s ministry
- Participate in a yearly Life Esteem Conference as a Workshop Presenter
- Membership dues - $50.00 a year
- Maintain Professional and Ethical Standards of the Association
Distance Learning Members must…
- Participate in monthly on-line meetings
- Follow all other requirements of the Association
The yearly Life Esteem Conference can be participated in by submission of original articles,
CD’s and DVD’s, as well as books of poetry, prose, and speeches that would add to the conference theme.
Student Requirements 2008
Residential Students
- One Year Certification Program
- Attend weekly classes 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
- Participate in Group Supervision Sessions
- Participate in individual Supervision
- Complete four Reflection Papers
- Complete four Verbatim
- Complete 10 hours a week of volunteer Chaplain service in a church and or community ministry.
Distance Learning Students
- One Year Certification Program
- Complete all residential requirements listed above, except requirement #2, class attendance.
Distance Learning Students will participate in a group on line discussion with the instructor, once a week.
The students will also participate in individual Supervision, by phone, once a month.
